A pizza chain founded less than a decade ago in the nation’s capital is continuing to expand along the East Coast. Now, &pizza is preparing to open a location in Jersey City.
Jersey Digs has confirmed that an &pizza restaurant is coming to Suite 202 of 30 Montgomery Street near Exchange Place. Preliminary plans call for the location to open in the spring, according to company spokesperson Michelle Greco. Like chains such as Mod Pizza and Blaze Pizza, &pizza allows customers to choose the dough, sauce, cheese, and toppings on their pizza.
There are currently close to three dozen &pizza outposts, the majority of which can be found in Washington, D.C. and its suburbs in Maryland and Virginia. The company also operates in Philadelphia, Manhattan, and Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Jersey City is not the only place in the Garden State that will soon have an &pizza location. The chain is now hiring for new restaurants in Edison and at the Vermella Union complex near the Kean University campus.
Good luck! Is this known for good pizza? If not stepping into the lion’s den
I moved to Jersey City from DC a few years ago and absolutely love &Pizza. There’s some great pizza competition up here, but hopefully &Pizza lasts for the long haul. Also, as a Nationals fan, they won my heart over last year when they ran a campaign offering free pizza to anyone who texted them after Bryce Harper struck out for the Phillies.
Mack Cali is doing a GREAT job with the area. Love them and EVERYTHING they do. They are a tremendous asset to JC.
Mack the Hack
Its blatantly obvious after reading thousands of bitter posts @dazedandconfused has been fired by or not hired by Mack Cali…..and I’m all for it.
