Jersey City Development Map

We’ve plotted all the projects in the pipeline for Jersey City. As of March 2017, there are over 37,000 units planned and over 9,000 currently under construction. Last year when we last mapped the developments, the majority centered around Downtown and Journal Square. Now, just a year later, you can visually see that development has spread to nearly every corner of the city.

This map was last updated September 27th, 2018. Due to the ever-changing nature of these projects, the information is deemed reliable, but not guaranteed.

If you have information on any projects we’ve missed or updates to our listed information, please shoot us an email: [email protected]
