The site where the Hudson Arts and Science Charter School had its K-2 campus could be replaced with a building that would contain 35 residential units.

Hoboken’s Mustard Seed School is officially in the process of merging with The Hudson School.

The Rutgers Honors Living-Learning Community is bringing student housing, parking, and retail space to Downtown Newark.

New York-based Alpine Residential will be creating the housing component of the ambitious SciTech Scity development, which will consist of 200 units and ground-floor retail space.

Last year, Jersey Digs reported that a residential development could be coming to the site of the Academy360 Lower School on the border of Verona and Montclair. Now, plans for a 200-unit project at the site could advance.

An additional public education option for students will be opening next year in Jersey City inside a modern high-rise that is currently under construction.

One student says the project, which was to include a new dorm, was supposed to be done in 2016. Three years after the project was announced, there is still no movement and the university is tight-lipped on its status.

Liberty Science Center has raised over $21 million towards an ambitious plan to bring research space, housing, a K-12 science school, parks, and more to 14 acres of land just outside of Liberty State Park.

A plan to redevelop several Jersey City lots including the Golden Cicada property was green lit and includes 397 units, affordable housing, and a school expansion.
