With the economy reopening and life returning to normal, demand for trophy homes in New Jersey’s most elevated building is on a roll.

According to Moza, the sale marks the second-highest condo sale in Jersey City history. The highest-priced condo was another 99 Hudson unit which closed earlier this year.
On a price-per-square-foot basis, this sale actually clocks in higher than the previous 99 Hudson penthouse sale, $1,641/sq.ft. compared to $1,577/sq.ft. Add in that these units are unfinished, on a price-per-square-foot basis, buyers are placing a significant premium on these coveted 99 Hudson units.
The latest unit, PH7600, boasts 2,223 interior square feet plus a combined 1,082 square feet of private terrace space. Occupying the 76th floor, the home sits over 800 feet in the air and features northeast, northwest, and southwest exposures creating a 270-degree view from 1 World Trade Center and downtown Manhattan to Hudson Yards, the George Washington Bridge, Jersey City, the Statue of Liberty, and on a clear day, 30 miles beyond.
“This closing was not only exciting because it’s the second-highest condo sale in Jersey City history, but also because it marked our 200th closing at 99 Hudson.
