Yesterday marked the grand opening for M2 at Marbella, Roseland Residential Trust's newest luxury residential building located in downtown Jersey City. Mayor Steven Fulop joined municipal and company officials to celebrate the opening of the tower.

A mixed-use development that’s a stone’s throw away from several other projects in Hoboken’s northwest area should see completion sometime early next year, another sign that the city’s residential growth is officially moving full speed ahead.

In May, Bayonne’s planning board approved a new development project at 172 Avenue F. Now the developer behind it has listed the fully approved project is for sale. Speculation around a new 42-story tower at 500 Summit Avenue in Journal Square was ongoing since 2014 when erroneous reports came out that HAP bought the property. Now, the deal officially closed on June 1st.
