East Coast wine and gourmet burger hotspot Zinburger is projecting a late July/early August opening for its location at Newport Centre Mall in Jersey City. You may have tasted its upscale menu at its most recent location in Edison or any one of the chain’s 12 others.
The restaurant’s namesake burger is topped with manchego cheese and Zinfandel braised onions, standing alongside the Kobe burger, topped with Vermont cheddar and wild mushrooms, and the Samburger, served with applewood smoked bacon, American cheese, and Thousand Island. Burgers can be paired with a hand-picked list of 23 wines and a full bar.
The job fair happens at the store’s Newport Centre location now through Saturday, July 16, daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. They’re looking to hire nearly 200 people for their first Hudson County location.
