Finishing touches are being put on a renovation project at 91 Washington Street and the Mile Square City will soon have a new Asian-inspired eatery added to the landscape.
Wok to Walk, an international franchise of over 70 restaurants across Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America, will open the doors to their Hoboken location on July 19th. The company’s four U.S. outposts were all in New York City until this year, when they opened their first New Jersey location in Newark back in February.
The restaurant’s signature dish is based off a simple three-step menu using fresh noodles, toppings, and a variety of sauces. The ingredients are then stir-fried in a wok in a fiery Asian cooking show and served in less than five minutes.
You may want to get used to seeing Wok to Walk around New Jersey, as the company has plans to open another dozen restaurants in the Garden State over the next three years.
