Shake Shack has announced that the opening of their Hoboken location will take place next week. Located in the heart of Hoboken, at 111 Washington Street, between 1st and 2nd streets, the Shack will open Monday, March 29, at 11 a.m.
They will open with temporarily limited hours of 11 a.m.-9 p.m. In accordance with state and county regulations, the 4,618-square-foot Hoboken Shack will allow guests to dine in at a limited capacity and will feature a large enclosed courtyard with both a skylight and custom mural by Vizie.
“It’s been a long time coming, and we can’t wait to finally open our doors in Hoboken,” said Andrew McCaughan, Chief Development Officer at Shake Shack. “As a New York City-based brand, we have had our sights on Washington Street for a while. It’s about time we bring our famous ShackBurger across the Hudson.”
For now, the Hoboken location features a limited menu that still showcases all the classics, including the ShackBurger®, crinkle-cut fries, and shakes. In the near future, the Shake Shack will also add some limited-time offers to the menu, such as the Avocado Bacon Burger and the Avocado Bacon Chicken.
Since the first Shake Shack opened across the river in Madison Square Park in 2004, the company has expanded to more than 320 locations in the USA, and more than 80 international locations in London, Hong Kong, Istanbul, Dubai, Singapore, Mexico, and many more.
