Opening later this month in Newark’s North Ironbound neighborhood is 325 Ferry, a new rental building featuring 91 residences with seven different apartment designs.
The building consists of a variety of one- and two-bedroom options, with square footage ranging from 638 to 1,116 square feet of living space. According to a prepared release, prices will start at $1,750.
“325 Ferry Street will offer finely-crafted living spaces in one of the most exciting, unique neighborhoods in New Jersey, and that is something we are really looking forward to,” said T. Gary Gutjahr, who is developing the property along with his partner J. Gordon Gutjahr. “We are proud to offer our future residents an exceptional lifestyle with access to shops, restaurants, nightlife and mass-transit.”
The building’s retail level will be occupied by a 5,000-square-foot sports bar, a Neapolitan Express Pizzeria, and a pet grooming salon. Daily shuttle service to and from both Newark Penn Station and the Harrison PATH Station will also be provided.
