M2 is a 38 story high-rise rental tower currently under construction in Downtown Jersey City. It is the second tower of the existing Marbella rental complex that was completed in 2004.
The new tower will house 311 rental units and will connect to the existing parking garage of Marbella. However, it will have its own amenity spaces including, a top floor terrace with 360 degree views of NYC and New Jersey. With a stated goal of being the “most amenitized building” in Jersey City its unclear how it will differentiate from other amenity focused buildings that have since beaten them to market.
Construction officially began in December 2013.
