Shoppers at a Jersey City mall will soon have another culinary option to choose from.
Buffalo Boss has revealed that it will be opening a location within Newport Centre’s Dining Pavilion. Construction is currently underway, and according to Simon Property Group’s website, the restaurant is expected to open its doors on February 22nd. It will include self-serve ordering kiosks for customers.
This New York City chain dates back eight years when it was founded by Ronald Lee and Jamar White. White is Jay-Z’s first cousin, and the rapper invested in Buffalo Boss right after it opened its first location. Menu items include regular and boneless chicken wings with 12 types of sauces, along with three varieties of fries, chicken tenders, and fried Oreos.
The company currently has locations in Harlem, Downtown Brooklyn, and at the Barclays Center. The Newport Centre outpost will be the first Buffalo Boss restaurant in the Garden State.
