The Ani Ramen House, which specializes in Japanese noodle soup, will be coming to Hoboken by the end of the year, as shared by hobokengirl last week. This will be the third location for Ani Ramen, with the original located in Montclair. Their second location, in Jersey City, opened last spring and has been very well received.
Ani Ramen House believes in quality, hand-rolled noodles, and keeps it simple by offering just six “big bowls.” “Little Big Bites” and “Full Flavor Buns” give options to those who, on the rare occasion, aren’t jonesing for good ol’ ramen. The Jersey City location has a liquor license, whereas Montclair does not. TBD on if the Hoboken location will be BYO or offer up Japanese cocktails, sake, wine, and beer similar to their Jersey City spot.
