New Rental Building The Wyldes Expected to Launch in Harrison This Summer

A new rental building with 399 units is nearing completion in Harrison, New Jersey. The Wyldes is a new five-story building developed by Advance Realty and designed by MHS Architecture.

“As its name suggests, The Wyldes reflects our commitment to providing greater access to outdoor green space within an urban setting and promoting a healthier and more balanced lifestyle for our residents,” said Dan Cocoziello, Principal and COO of Advance Realty. “In addition, we have prioritized the inclusion of flexible co-working spaces, ensuring that our residents have the necessary amenities to thrive in the changing landscape of remote work while still being conveniently connected to major employment centers in Manhattan, Jersey City and Newark.”

The building is located at 1100 South 5th Street, near the Harrison PATH station and Red Bull Arena, and offers studios, one- and two-bedroom homes.

The Wyldes features 45,000 square feet of green space including a sky deck with views of Newark, a landscaped courtyard, and a pool area. There is also an office and library for co-working needs, and a two-story fitness center.

The Marketing Directors are the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for The Wyldes, with occupancy expected to begin in July.
