Newark’s Lower Broadway Neighborhood Will Soon See a New 84-Unit Project
Soon, dozens of new residents could be coming to neighborhoods of Newark that are north of Interstate 280. In the Lower Broadway neighborhood of the City’s Central Ward, a new building is planned at 73-87 Clay Street, between Spring Street and Route 21/McCarter Highway.
