On Tuesday, Mayor Fulop cut the ribbon, officially welcoming Nest Seekers to Jersey City. He was joined by managing brokers of the new office, Gilli Axel and Marc Brenner. Also in attendance was Nest Seekers CEO Eddie Shapiro.
While chatting with the mayor, Shapiro boasted about Jersey City’s close proximity to Manhattan, saying, “When I go to our Long Island City or Williamsburg offices, it takes 3-4 times as long.”
Of course, residents here have known it all along, but Jersey City has a significant geographic advantage (when tunnels and PATH trains are working properly) over other comparable areas, which will only continue to drive its popularity.
