Earlier this week, The Goldstein Group, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage, announced the opening of Krispy Kreme in Paramus. Previously occupied by McDonald’s, the 4,000-square-foot, free-standing restaurant building is located at 247 Route 4.
The long-term lease deal was brokered by Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group, and Marc Palestina, Director. In the transaction, The Goldstein Group represented the landlord, 247NTH, LLC, and David Townes and Alana Friedman of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
“We are very pleased to have placed Krispy Kreme in this highly desirable location on Rt. 4 in Paramus,” said Chuck Lanyard. “This site was sought after by many other restaurateurs and in the end, Krispy Kreme was chosen as the perfect choice for this location.”
Krispy Kreme has over 1,200 locations worldwide. The Paramus location is their second in Bergen County, with the first being located in East Rutherford.
