It seems the NYC publications can’t get enough of Jersey City these days. Maybe they’re finally catching on to what we’ve known all along, or maybe there’s a covert PR campaign that I’m unaware of. Either way, it’s nice to get some attention from the other side of the river.
Gothamist published a well put together food and drink tour of Jersey City. Aside from the obligatory introduction explaining to New Yorkers what this far off land actually is – no it’s “not the shore or the suburbs”, the roundup is good. Snobbery notwithstanding, it’s always good when our local business, that invest so much into making Jersey City what it is, get the recognition they deserve.
So without further ado, head over to Gothamist for validation that Jersey City is great: A Food & Drink Tour Of Jersey City
