Downtown Jersey City has a brand new neighbor. IPRG announced the grand opening of its new headquarters in the historic neo-classical building at 75 Montgomery Street.

The commercial real estate firm sees the expansion as proof of its commitment to growth in the Northern New Jersey commercial real estate investment sales market. The move also highlights the company’s role as a regional leader in sales of industrial properties, retail locations, multifamily buildings and development sites. IPRG is currently experiencing considerable growth, bolstering its workforce with new agents and support staff.

The new flagship office is designed as a space in which both employees and clients can thrive. The company sees the office as an opportunity to promote innovation and collaboration, plus allow for future growth of the team. IRPG’s new central location allows easy access for partners and clients and cements the firm’s influence in Northern New Jersey and across the tri-state area.

“Our new office in downtown Jersey City positions us perfectly to better serve our clients and leverage the abundant opportunities in Northern New Jersey,” said Yanni Marmarou, Broker of Record. “As we continue to grow, our focus remains on delivering unparalleled service and expertise to our clients in the Northern NJ market.”

IPRG’s New York City headquarters, situated at 45 Broadway right near Wall Street in lower Manhattan, will remain as the center of operations for all five boroughs. Currently the firm has more than 30 agents serving Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island.
