Developers will host a grand opening in late October for 57 upscale condos on the Long Branch beachfront, a development known as 365 Ocean.
Thirty percent of the condos in the seven-story building was already sold as of the end of September.
Michael Markovitz, president of development company Mark Built Homes, said, “Home-buyers who want to be within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and nightlife, but also nestled in a quiet location where they can indulge in their own private oceanfront retreat, will find what they are looking for at 365 Ocean.”
Located on Ocean Avenue, parallel to the water, the homes are within walking distance of Pier Village.
Each home features two bedrooms, two baths, full-sized gourmet kitchens, and a private terrace or deck. Design features include oak flooring, soaring ceilings that approach 10 feet in height, and glass railings on the terraces that shield the wind.
The building’s amenities include an infinity-edge plunge pool, decorative paver decking with ornamental waterfalls, cabanas for storage, club room with wet bar, a theatre television area, outdoor breezeway with a gas fire pit, as well as a porter and a video doorman to serve residents.
Prices range from the $800,000s to $2.5 million, with occupancy this winter.
