Ernst & Young LLP (EY), a global leader in assurance, tax, and transaction and advisory services, expanded their NYC-metro footprint this week by opening an office and learning center in Hoboken’s Waterfront Corporate Center II at 121 River Street. This 170,000 sq. ft. office space will be home to more than 1,000 employees and also contains a learning center. To promote teamwork, there are more than 100 collaboration rooms and approximately 130 flexible work areas.
The location was chosen to show commitment to clients across the Tri-State region and to offer EY employees more choices for where, when, and how their work gets done. SJP Properties developed and manages 121 River Street and owns the building in partnership with PGIM. SJP was also responsible for overseeing the build-out of EY’s new office at the property.
Some of the businesses that may see a boom with the lunch and happy hour crowds include Del Frisco’s Grille, Wicked Wolf Tavern, The Dubliner, Birch Hoboken, and Subway, all of which are within a block or two of 121 River Street.
