Thor Equities Acquires Historic Bank Building in Hoboken
Thor Equities announced yesterday its purchase of the historic “The Up-town Bank” building at 1400 Washington Street in Hoboken.
The Monarch in East Rutherford Trades Hands for $91.5 Million
Directly across from MetLife Stadium sits The Monarch, a 316-unit luxury apartment community, that just traded hands for $91.5 million. The relatively new community was completed in 2014 and currently sits at 97% leased.
Prominent Bayonne Mixed-Use Building Sells for $3.2 million
A private investor just plunked down $3.2 million for a 29,577 square foot mixed-use building in Bayonne known as Broadway Plaza. The 5-story building at the corner of Broadway and 22nd Street is comprised of office suites above ground floor retail.
