Jersey Digs has learned that a former official with the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency and the Newark Community Economic Development Corporation has pleaded guilty in connection with an alleged conspiracy involving the Orange Public Library. In part, Franklyn Ore allegedly used money that was supposed to serve low-income families on “entertainment and restaurants.”
