The Goldstein Group recently announced the completion of two new AFC Urgent Care facilities in New Jersey.
Neil Goldstein, Principal for the Goldstein Group, represented the tenant and brokered both transactions.
“The urgent care industry has been expanding into retail shopping center sites to have easier access to the public,” noted Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group. The Goldstein Group now represents six AFC licensee locations.
AFC Urgent Care in Clark, NJ
The first new American Family Care Urgent Care facility is a 3,500 square foot location at 77 Central Avenue in Clark. Sam Bernhaut from CBRE represented the landlord in this transaction.
77 Central Avenue is a bustling Clark marketplace that also features Target, Citizens Bank, Marshalls, Duck Donuts, Hand & Stone, and Phenix Salon.
AFC Urgent Care in Livingston, NJ
The second new AFC Urgent Care facility is a 4,500 square foot lease at 90 South Livingston Avenue in Livingston. Vicki Ezra and Jamie Sackern from The Shopping Center Group represented the landlord, CP Management Group II, LLC.
The Livingston urgent care facility is under construction next to The Goddard School.
