Sophia Priscilla Properties, LLC is proposing a five-story development at 3516 John F. Kennedy Boulevard, a parcel located at the southeast corner of Bleecker Street. The existing building on the premises used to contain Garden State Awards.

Tax filings show that Sophia Priscilla Properties, LLC is registered out of the same address as a law firm in the Hopelawn section of Woodbridge Township and that the developer paid $1.2 million for 3516 John F. Kennedy Boulevard last June. The company’s development proposal includes 20 residential units and 1,741 square feet ground floor commercial space, according to Hudson County Planning Board records.

The Hudson County Planning Board is scheduled to hear the plans during a hearing over Zoom this Tuesday, June 16 at 5:00 p.m.
