The Jersey City Zoning Board of Adjustment is slated to hear a proposal to bring a development with more than a dozen units to two properties near Bayside Park.
JC Capital Fund Armstrong LLC is seeking to construct the project at 19 and 21 Armstrong Avenue, according to a public notice. The two lots are situated between Garfield Avenue and Ocean Avenue in Greenville, not far from the Richard Street stop on the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail.
The proposed development would consist of 16 residential units if approved and ultimately built. Few other details have been released yet about the plans, but the notice mentioned that nine parking spaces are being proposed.
Municipal tax filings associate JC Capital Fund Armstrong, LLC with an address in East Orange that is also used by Parkway Management.
The LLC is scheduled to seek variances during a Zoom meeting on Thursday, September 24 at 6:30 p.m.
