We’ve unearthed some rental listings for the new Vito A. Lofts building.
According to Zillow, these live/work lofts span 800-1600 square feet and appear to be configured as studios. The developers have embraced the stark industrial nature of the building, with units featuring expansive exposed brick walls, polished concrete floors, high ceilings with exposed duct work and even buffed stainless steel entry doors.
Unit #2B which spans 800 square feet is listed at $2900. Indicating this is likely a starting point.
