Plans Scrapped for ‘High Quality Retail Project’ at Jersey City Superfund Site
Plans were revealed over a year ago to construct a new retail development atop part of the old PJP Landfill Superfund Site near the Pulaski Skyway in Jersey City. Now, those plans have apparently been dumped.
