While avid MTV fans may forever associate the Snooki house as being in Seaside Heights, Nicole Polizzi doesn’t actually own any real estate in the oceanfront borough. But despite being dubbed the “Poughkeepsie Princess” and growing up in nearby Marlboro, New York, Snooki has indeed called the New Jersey home since rocketing to fame as a cast member of “Jersey Shore.”
So where does Snooki live? With the seventh season of “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation” set to drop later this summer, here’s a look at the high-end homes where the reality TV star spends her time.
Snooki’s House in Florham Park
Snooki and her husband Jionni LaValle have called Florham Park home since buying their custom dream house in 2015. The couple, who share three children, purchased a 9,300 square foot house at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac for just under $2.6 million.

Situated on 1.5 acres of land, the home sports five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Highlights of the home include black and white tiling in the bathroom that features a soaking tube and leads to a massive walk-in closet.
Snooki opened the home to MTV in 2021 for an installment of the network’s long-running “Cribs” series. The guided tour for the cameras included insight into a leopard-print heavy bedroom design and a peek into her office space complete with a display of various Jersey Shore memorabilia.
Polizzi also runs a clothing business called Snooki Shop on Main Street in nearby Madison, which sells dresses, footwear, and accessories.
Toms River
While Florham Park appears to be Snooki’s primary residence, it seems she still loves some time down the shore. Polizzi purchased another new construction home in the Silverton section of Toms River back in 2020, shelling out $850,000 for a five-bedroom, three-and-half bathroom waterfront colonial.
The property sports a lagoon in the backyard that feeds into Barnegat Bay, the view of which can be taken in by a second-floor balcony that overlooks the water. The home additionally features a heated saltwater swimming pool, an outdoor fireplace, a Tiki hut, and a dock with a boat lift.
Inside the home, the kitchen sports granite countertops and an island, while the main bedroom includes both a shower and jetted tub plus walk-in closet.
Snooki and her husband Jionni purchased the Toms River home a few years after they co-hosted a reality series highlighting the area’s real estate. FYI Television’s “Nicole & Jionni’s Shore Flip” chronicled the couple’s effort to flip homes along the Jersey Shore, with Polizzi working on the interior design portion of the endeavor.
The real estate result stemming from the show was a success for Snooki, as the two-and-a-half-bathroom home in Brick that was renovated during the show’s run ended up selling for $740,000 in 2021. Polizzi purchased the house for $370,000 in November 2015.
Where Does Snooki Live?
Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi spends most of her time at her suburban home in Florham Park these days, with her clothing shop situated in nearby Madison. But the former Jersey Shore star still undoubtedly spends more than a few weekends DTS at her Toms River abode that she purchased three years ago.
When Does Jersey Shore: Family Vacation premier?
Snooki and many of her famous friends can soon be seen on the upcoming seventh season of “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation,” which will airing new episodes on August 3rd, 2023. The MTV series is slated to feature appearances from fellow castmates Pauly Del Vecchio, Michael Sorrentino, Jennifer Farley, Vinny Guadagnino, Deena Nicole Cortese, and Angelina Pivarnick.
The latest round of Gym Tan Laundry will feature the return of Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola, as her presence in upcoming episodes was teased during the show’s season six finale. Ronnie Ortiz-Magro will also be returning for season seven.
