This weekend, Armagno held the grand unveiling of 6 brand new units in The Centenary, a 130-year-old former Methodist church at 306 Pavonia Ave in the Hamilton Park neighborhood of Jersey City. Previously a house of worship, the building underwent extensive renovations as developer Mohammed Hammami converted it into 9 condominium units.
The units feature original details like the impeccably restored stained glass windows as well as modern upgrades such as custom cabinetry, Viking appliances, Caesarstone countertops, and Porcelanosa tiled bathrooms with soaking tubs and walk-in showers.
The break down of the six units currently on then market include three 2bed/2bath units and three 4bed/4bath units. No word on the final 3 units, yet.
