One of the more architecturally unique developments in Jersey City’s Journal Square neighborhood is officially open for business as the Singh Tower has begun leasing and selling their residential spaces.
Developed by GN Management, Singh Tower is situated at 626 Summit Avenue and recently held a ribbon-cutting at the property. The event featured remarks from Onkar Singh, Owner and Founder of GN Management, who shared his excitement about bringing this vision to life and officially opening the building to the community.
Construction began on Singh Tower in 2023. Jersey Digs was granted an exclusive first look last month at the property, which was designed by Hoboken-based MVMK Architecture + Design.
Nest Seekers International has been selected to oversee sales and leasing at the development, which features both rental apartments and condominiums. The residences at the complex sport quartz countertops with waterfall-edge islands, high-end LG appliance packages, and custom soft-close cabinetry with undermount LED lighting.
Primary bathrooms are finished with porcelain tile floors and walls, frameless walk-in showers, custom vanities, and Bluetooth-enabled mirrors. Exterior balconies that feature an exterior LED lighting system begin at floor nine at the development, projecting and rotating as they ascend on the building.
Singh Tower offers six floors of amenities devoted to fitness, wellness, entertainment, and work. Perks include a golf simulator, bowling alley, AV room, podcast studio, sports court, full fitness center, and multiple resident lounges.
Crowning the building is a skyline rooftop offering a landscaped lounge with views across Jersey City and toward Midtown Manhattan.
Singh Tower is also hoping to spur some change beneath the surface, as there will be a public park at the rear of the building with opportunities for seating overlooking the Bergen Arches. The abandoned rail tunnel, which dates to 1906, has long been envisioned as a canvas to create new open space.
