A new collection of condominiums and luxury rentals is preparing to come to market in Jersey City, and prospective buyers and real estate agents will soon have an opportunity to preview the building.
Singh Tower will host an advance preview on Wednesday, July 1st, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The event will offer both buyers and agents an early look inside the 30-story development at 626 Summit Avenue, near the northern gateway to Journal Square.
Developed by GN Management, Singh Tower has selected Nest Seekers International to oversee sales and leasing. The launch will be spearheaded by two of the firm’s new development teams: Bethoney Shen in New York and Brenner Gray in New Jersey. Both teams specialize in the sales and leasing of high-rise residential developments, bringing experience on both sides of the Hudson River to the project.

Singh Tower was designed to take advantage of its elevated position above Journal Square, with residences oriented toward views across Jersey City and the Manhattan skyline.
The building’s upper-floor condominiums feature 12-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling casement windows, creating bright interiors with expansive city views.
Throughout the residences, finishes include quartz countertops with waterfall-edge islands, high-end LG appliance packages, and custom soft-close cabinetry with undermount LED lighting. Primary bathrooms are finished with porcelain tile floors and walls, frameless walk-in showers, custom vanities, and Bluetooth-enabled mirrors.
The overall design favors clean lines, modern finishes, and thoughtful detailing, with that same sense of polish carrying into six floors of amenities devoted to fitness, wellness, entertainment, and work. Crowning the building, the Skyline Rooftop will offer a landscaped lounge with views across Jersey City and toward Midtown Manhattan.

The fitness offerings include a full-sized gym, locker rooms, saunas, and a dedicated yoga studio. Residents will also have access to a bowling lounge and game room, golf simulator, private theater, and an on-site podcast studio. Coworking areas, conference rooms, and multiple resident lounges provide additional space to work, meet, or spend time outside the home.
Other conveniences include a children’s room, pet spa, bicycle storage, and a 24-hour attended lobby.

Singh Tower sits near the Journal Square PATH station, offering direct access to Manhattan along with connections to regional bus and rail service. The building is also close to the restaurants and businesses surrounding Five Corners and overlooks the Bergen Arches, the historic rail corridor that has been envisioned as a future linear park.
With its combination of for-sale residences, luxury rentals, and extensive amenities, Singh Tower is positioned to add a distinctive new residential offering to the Journal Square skyline.
The advance preview will take place Wednesday, July 1st, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Buyers and real estate agents can register here.
