A much-needed and highly anticipated space for family fun is opening amid the sea of outlet stores and distribution centers in Secaucus. Rise and Grow Indoor Playground has just signed a lease at 25 Enterprise Avenue North, taking over the space formerly occupied by the Kenneth Cole outlet store. Filled with children’s games and obstacle courses, as well as private rooms available for birthday parties and special occasions, Rise and Grow Indoor Playground’s goal is to keep the kids entertained.
The concept is one of the first of its kind in Secaucus and is slated to open in February/March of 2019. Rise and Grow Indoor Playground will occupy 8,750 square feet, joining neighboring tenants Major League Baseball Network (MLB Network) and Bokara Rug.
Anthony Rivera and Eugene Rivera of Pure Properties represented the landlord at 25 Enterprise Avenue North, Glenmore Management, and the tenant was represented by Robert Adams of Garden State Realty.
