Nine offices totaling 32,868 square feet have been leased at the Newport Center office tower complex, which is located at 100 and 111 Town Square Place in Jersey City, New Jersey.
The Class A office complex is situated along the Hudson River waterfront and is owned by LeFrak, with the LeFrak team being led by Marylou Berk, Ray Kawas, and Julie Prykull during these transactions. Howard Fiddle, Greg Barkan, Erin Wenzler, Gregg Rothkin, and Caroline Merck of CBRE organized the office leasing by representing the building ownership in lease negotiations.
Two medical office spaces were negotiated on the sixth floor at 100 Town Square Place. Everside Health has committed to leasing 3,453 square feet, while RMA agreed to 5,167 square feet.
Seven office leases were signed at 111 Town Square Place as part of a pre-build campaign launched a year ago. The tenants include AnGes, Profectus Beauty, GTD Solutions, Xeneta, Lotto.com, Open Vault, and PlayStar Gaming.
The 11th floor of 111 Town Square Place offers tenants an amenity center, which contains a lounge and conference center. The suites feature polished concrete floors, exposed high ceilings and natural light, glass-front interior offices and conference rooms, and high-end pantries.
With nearly all the units on the 11th floor of 111 Town Square Place leased prior to construction being completed, LeFrak and CBRE are now creating similar suites on the fourth floor. The fourth floor is reportedly due for completion summer 2022.
“100 & 111 Town Square Place are exceptional locations serving the needs of global and Fortune 500 tenants,” said Mr. Fiddle of CBRE. “The newest leases at the Newport Center office complex signify the comeback of the office market as tenants make definitive decisions about their real estate requirements.”
Along with views of the Hudson River, the Newport Center office complex also offers on-site parking and convenient access to Manhattan via one stop on the Newport PATH.
