25 Senate Place is a new 265 unit rental building in the Journal Square neighborhood of Jersey City. The 5 story building features a 24 hour doorman, indoor parking, and large amenity spaces. Amenities include a fitness center, lounge, dog park and a shuttle to the PATH.
In addition to the rentals, there’s also 5,700 square feet of ground floor retail space. Modcup Coffee has already confirmed the opening of a cafe and roasting facility in one of the spaces.
Located in a very artistic pocket of Jersey City, 25 Senate Place is directly across the street from Mana Contemporary, Jersey City’s giant art and culture center.
With a short walk to the PATH and a new Citibike station out front, 25 Senate Place is another example of how this area is quickly establishing itself as the hip, up-and-coming destination in Journal Square.
