Since opening their doors in March, Nest Seekers has made a giant splash in the New Jersey market. Not only are they breaking records in Hudson County, but the company is now pushing its way northward into some of New Jersey’s most premier neighborhoods.

Back in Hudson County, the company has a combined unit at 45 River Drive South listed for $2.249 million, are in contract at 923 Castle Point Terrace, and represents three units at The Watermark in North Bergen.
Nest Seekers is also gaining traction with developers. They’re the exclusive broker for over 120 units in an array of new condo and rental projects currently under development. One of which is 25 Division Street, a boutique condo project featuring 5 floor-through units in the Village neighborhood.
Nest Seekers success can be contributed to a few factors. For starters, they’re highly connected to the NYC market. Moran is the New Jersey representative for The Serhant Team, led by broker Ryan Serhant. Their client base includes celebrities, athletes, and executives.
The company also takes a different approach than most local New Jersey brokers. They bring with them a slate of technology that allows them to market their listings differently. Up until now, a firewall of sorts has separated NYC from New Jersey. That is now shifting. Since Nest Seekers has broken down the barrier and proven the model, it won’t be long before more companies set their sites on New Jersey. Luckily for Nest Seekers, they’re already leaps and bounds ahead.
