The Marketing Directors (TMDs), a development advisory and master property marketing and sales force that works exclusively on behalf of owners and builders of new homes, won six awards during the New Jersey Builders Association’s 31st Annual Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards Gala. The April 12 event recognized the year’s most creative and successful sales and marketing initiatives in the New Jersey market.
TMDs winners included Angela Ferrara (Sales Manager of the Year), Martin Brady (Leasing Manager of the Year), Linda Nassaney (Salesperson of the Year), Brandon Ochs (Leasing Consultant of the Year), Leo Loyo (Rookie of the Year), and the Trump Bay Street team (Leasing Team of the Year), with members Edwin Blanco, Brandon Ochs, David Wrenn, Andy Tungka, Joseph Runfola, Alyssa Sciangula, and Tiarra Brown.
