Latham House starts welcoming patrons today in a “Tender Opening” , with the bar opening at 4pm and supper at 6pm. They are located in the old Kitchen at Grove Station location. According to their website, Latham House will serve traditional American food and drink with a contemporary slant. They had a soft launch a few nights ago, Jersey City Eats has some highlights from the menu that all look delicious!
