Dim Sum & Beer Garden Opening in Liberty State Park
According to Have a Night, a new dim sum and beer garden spot is opening at Liberty House in Liberty State Park. The new establishment, Baozi Brew, is owned by Landmark Hospitality who runs Liberty House.
Kristopher D Hassett, VP of Sales & Marketing, for Landmark Hospitality, had this to say about the new concept, “For the Baozi Brew project we wanted to keep the look and feel of the space super clean and make it all about the unobstructed views of the NYC Skyline. We think it’s a really cool concept to bring the standard European style beer garden together with the casual fast paced style of a Hong Kong Dumpling house, the marriage of those two different worlds have created a truly unique concept.”
It’s set to open today (7/13/16).

Currently, there’s paper covering the windows indicating a renovation is likely taking place. We’ll keep you updated with the progress.
