Last week, developers, stakeholders, and city officials gathered for the highly-anticipated unveiling of One Park in Cliffside Park. Principals of DMG Investments led a tour of the new buildings 25,000 square feet of amenity spaces as well as a few model units.
Following the guidance of Architectura, the architecture firm that designed the building, DMG Investments opted to make a big splash with their first project in the United States. And the results show it — the 14-story, 204-unit luxury condominium building certainly makes a statement from its perch atop the historic Palisades Cliffs.
“We’re delighted to stand here today and officially unveil One Park to the community,” said Jacky He, Executive Vice President of DMG Investments. “This building is the first large-scale residential property to be introduced to Cliffside Park in nearly a generation, and its completion paves the way for the Borough to firmly stake its claim as the next premier Hudson River Gold Coast destination. Today’s ribbon cutting completes our vision for the property which was to transform vacant, under-utilized land in a one-of-a-kind location into a modern and stylish architectural landmark with upscale homes and world-class amenities, all just minutes from New York City.”
Featuring walls of glass, residences take full advantage of the building’s 360-degree views. A breathtaking panorama of the Hudson River and Manhattan is available to eastern facing homes.
Amenities include a 55-foot heated pool, steam and dry saunas, fitness center, sun deck, children’s playroom, movie theater, pet spa, guest suites and much more. The lobby is attended 24-hours as well.
The event featured a demonstration of the fully-automated Unitronics parking system at One Park. The valet-style system guides drivers into a bay where they exit the vehicle. Once clear, the system sends robotic skids under the vehicle, lifts it and moves it to a designated space within the facility. This highly-efficient process allows for a much smaller parking deck with higher density. The facility has parking for up to 360 vehicles.
Closings are underway this week for buyers who bought pre-construction. A selection of one-to-four bedroom homes are still available and priced from the $500,000s.
