Coalition Space, which specializes in offering working professionals upscale office space without the constraints of a long-term lease, recently opened their first Garden State co-working space in Downtown Jersey City. They are located at 95 Christopher Columbus Drive, a 19-story office tower, just steps from the Grove Street PATH station.
Coalition Space offers customized shared office space, private offices, enterprise suites, meeting rooms, and more. Their new spot in JC also provides 360-degree views of the Hudson River and Downtown Jersey City. Office amenities include receptionists, conference rooms, lounges, and 24/7 security.
“There were and are a lot of options in terms of location and buildings in the popular Hoboken, however, we saw Jersey City as a great market to enter. It was a very conscious decision as it is 15 minutes from central Manhattan,” shared Sherin Kermanshah, Coalition Space’s Director of Sales and Marketing. “We look forward to opening more locations in the Garden State. We find it to be easier when we have more options for our members to choose from.”
Coalition Space was established in 2002 and offers options situated exclusively in class A downtown spaces. They also have locations in New York City, Boston, and Chicago.
