NJ Transit Hosts Two Open Meetings to Discuss Hudson Tunnel Project
New Jersey's rail infrastructure needs some help. I say this with cautious optimism, but it looks like the powers that be may be realizing that too. In the coming weeks, the Federal Railroad Administration and New Jersey Transit will be holding two open house informational meetings on the proposed Hudson River rail tunnels.

After years of planning and delays, the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail system should soon start living up to its name and be extended into several Bergen county towns, an expansion that will take a huge step forward when the state’s Transportation Trust Fund is replenished.
