Yesterday, officials from The KABR Group and Jersey City came together for a ceremonial ground breaking on a new 5-floor rental building at 720-726 Bergen Avenue in Jersey City’s McGinley Square neighborhood. The project is the first major residential development in the area in decades.

Triple Five and Nickelodeon announced this week a brand new Nickelodeon Universe theme park is planned for the currently under construction American Dream complex. Nickelodeon Universe will feature rides and attractions based on Nickelodeon’s iconic properties including SpongeBob SquarePants, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and new hits like Blaze and the Monster Machines.
