There’s about to be a new place to get chicken wings in Jersey City.
Wingin It is preparing to open for lunch and dinner at 122 Ocean Avenue in the city’s Greenville neighborhood. The restaurant is currently based in the Eastside section of Paterson, Passaic County and offers delivery. The new storefront will be operated by Courtney Knight and Denzel Suitt, according to Rising Tide Capital, which assists North Jersey entrepreneurs with setting up their businesses.
Currently, Wingin It offers over 30 flavors of wings, including butter garlic, honey sriracha, lemon pepper, and sweet chili. However, a wide range of appetizers and meals will reportedly be on the menu aside from wings, including cheese fries, cheese quesadillas, cheesesteaks, and onion rings.
Previously, the space was occupied by Blas Mini Market, Sammie’s Deli & Grill, El Sol de D.R., and Pam Johnson’s campaign office. Wingin It is expected to open its doors at 122 Ocean Avenue later this month.
