90 Columbus, Downtown Jersey City’s new 51-story rental tower, brings 539 residences to the market and, according to a release, more than 100 apartments have already been leased in three weeks.
90 Columbus is the fourth and final phase of what is called The Columbus Collection — a mixed-use project jointly developed by Ironstate Development Company and Panepinto Properties that includes 1,484 rental units, the 152-room Residence Inn by Marriott hotel, a large enclosed parking garage with approximately 1,000 spaces, and street-level retail including Base Gym and Sprove Market Place.
Ironstate Development Company and Panepinto Properties brought Parisian interior architect Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance and landscape designer Bas Smets on board to conjure nature in the common spaces at 90 Columbus through materials and design, including the full-time attended lobby, the double-height residents’ lounge complete with a green winter garden, and the shared workspace.
90 Columbus is comprised of studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences. Finishes include high ceilings and oversized windows. Hardwood floors run throughout.
Additional amenities include the 60,000-square-foot landscaped roof deck with swimming pool, BBQ grilling stations, sport court, dog run, and children’s play area. Residents also receive a membership to the 30,000-square-foot Base Gym on the ground floor.
