A burgeoning coffee shop in Hoboken will expand to three locations in the coming weeks, as Mojo Coffee Company will launch its latest outpost along a prominent Jersey City stretch.

The company was started by owner Jess Nisler in 2020 after she spent nearly a decade in marketing and partnerships at a major media company. Their original Willow Avenue location quickly became a hit, and Mojo expanded to a second location on 8th and Bloomfield Streets.

The latest version of the coffee shop will be coming to 159 Newark Avenue in Downtown Jersey City, along the neighborhood’s pedestrian plaza. Mojo is known for its house blend and rotating single-origin coffees, alongside a selection of lattes, house drip, espresso, and tea offerings.

Their more unique offerings include their Funfetti iced vanilla latte with their signature cold foam and rainbow sprinkles. Seasonal highlights are big at Mojo and include a key lime pie latte or a campfire cold brew.

Mojo Coffee Company also offers a selection of light pastries and curated goods, including several of their house blend coffee beans. While the shop has not set a specific opening date for their Jersey City location, they can be followed on Instagram at the handle @mojocoffeecompany for further updates.
