Larken Associates recently announced the completion and full occupancy of Autumn Ridge in Warren County, New Jersey.
The luxury residential community is located just off Route 57 at 1500 Hyde Boulevard in Lopatcong. Construction of the 10-building, 198-unit project began in 2019. The community comprises Autumn Ridge at Lopatcong and Horizons at Autumn Ridge.
Autumn Ridge at Lopatcong consists of 148 one- and two-bedroom garden- and garage-style apartments. Horizons at Autumn Ridge is a four-story, elevator, age-restricted building containing 50 apartments — with a mixture of one and two bedrooms — reserved for the 55+ active adult community.
Larken Associates designed the suburban location in Warren County with a resort-like amenity package, flexible residential layouts, and on-site property management. The pet-friendly community includes a centrally located clubhouse that features an outdoor heated pool with a covered outdoor lounge and a BBQ/grill station, game room, conference room, lounge/dry bar, package concierge system, as well as a full onsite fitness center and sensory sensitive playground.
