UPDATE: Jersey City made it to the final round! We now go head to head with the Financial District. Voting ends January 2, let’s win this thing! Vote for Jersey City here!
Curbed New York has opened up voting for its annual ‘Curbed Cup’, a tournament that pits NYC neighborhoods against each other to determine which should be crowned ‘New York City neighborhood of the year’.
Each round pairs two neighborhoods against each other with the winner moving on to the next round. In its first pairing, Curbed puts Jersey City up against Greenpoint. Currently, Greenpoint is leading.
Jersey City, it’s time to step up and vote for our city. We can’t be beaten by Greenpoint of all places. Voting for this round ends tomorrow at 1pm.
