Marcus & Millichap specializes in investment sales, financing, research, and advisory services. The firm’s New Jersey office investment specialists Alan Cafiero, David Cafiero, and Dean Matuszewicz had the exclusive listing for the property on behalf of the seller, the Klein Group LLC. The team also secured the buyer, Greg Jemal.
