Last week brought price reductions to properties we previously covered. The reasons could be many, the agent/owners were a bit optimistic, the market may be softening a bit, the ongoing revaluation, or a hundred others. Regardless, it’s surprising to see price reductions on such unique properties.

Up first is Ice T and Coco’s North Bergen Penthouse. Originally listed for $1.098m, they’ve now dropped it under the one million mark at $999,000.
—
Next, the beautiful two-family at 35 Wayne Street located just off Grove Street, saw a $100k drop from $1.7m down to $1.6m.
—
And finally, the historic carriage house at 231 Montgomery Street. First listed for $1.499m is now asking $1.299m.

Both 35 Wayne and 231 Montgomery, perplex me a bit. I would’ve guessed the uniqueness of both properties would’ve generated a slew of offers. It’ll be interesting to see where the market eventually values them.
