Palisade Heights is a new 4-story condo building at 302-306 Palisade Avenue in the Heights. The project was originally approved in 2007 and later received an updated approval in 2009. The project brings 12 new units and parking spaces.
The buildings was designed by LWDMR Architects and developed by Len Developers.
